Since becoming independent board members at the South Tower, Bob and Cliff have been thinking of ways to resolve all differences and co-exist with our developer neighbor AIR/AIMCO. The end result of this thought process was some time ago named “The Grand Bargain.” While contact with AIR/AIMCO is usually only through their lawyers, given that AIR/AIMCO seems increasingly desperate, plus the recent input of several independent owners, it may be time for an outreach to AIR/AIMCO with an offer to discuss all issues.
